Our unit is a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom ground floor unit (C111) at the Villas at Poipu Kai. We are located near the pool with bifold doors that open to let the lanai become an extension of the living area. Poipu Beach is a short walk from the Villas.
We have a business license with the state of Hawaii and follow all applicable rules and filings. The Poipu Kai resort is a Vacation Rental zone and all properties are open to renting. Tax # TA-093-723-2384-01

Location
After you have picked up your rental vehicle at Lihue Airport, follow signs for Lihue. Follow Ahukini Rd. until you come ot Highway 56. Make a laft on Highway 56, and then merge onto Highway 50. Continue on Highway 50 for about 6.5 miles. Make a laft at Highway 520 - to Koloa. After about 3 miles you will make a left at Ala Kinoiki Rd (aka the bypass road). After another 3 miles you will come to a Roundabout at the Koloa Rd, take the 2nd exit (straight across) and you will now be on Pe'e Rd. Turn right on Ho'ohu Rd and then Look for hte entrance ot the Villas at Poipu Kai parking lot on the right.
